Episode 101: God Our Deliverer Part 1

I am excited to let you let you in on what to expect from the premier episode of the Faith Alive Show!  Faith Alive Show is a Christian television program like never before, with something for everybody. In the first episode, titled “God Our Deliverer Part 1,” we hear how God desires His righteous people to live. Each show is divided into segments which are carefully put together to deliver a message of truth, hope, and freedom. In Episode One, the three segments prior to the impacting message are sure to grab your interest. First, there is a segment called “Why Worship?”, next the popular music video “Open the Floodgates” by Faith Alive Band, and then a touching testimony of how God delivered Jenna and her baby from major birthing complications.Those segments all work together in preparation for us to openly receive the Word of God as Pastor Brent Rudoski speaks on God’s plan of deliverance. The sermon is a short clip taken out of a message which inspires us toward living a righteous life in Christ Jesus.
There is a short interlude during this segment called “Messianic Moment,” where the Associate Dean of Faith Alive Bible College, Rev. Adam Biro BTh., shares some interesting Jewish insight into the Hebrew words “Tzedek,” and “Tzedakah,” which mean “righteousness.”Episode One of the Faith Alive Show ends off with the all-time favourite “Man on the Street” segment where the field reporter goes to the street to ask random people questions pertaining to the message. This time around, he takes the opportunity to ask the people if they consider themselves to be a good person. He also throws in some fun biblical trivia, asking questions such as “how many commandments are in the Bible?” The responses are both diverse and amusing!The Host, Rene Boutin, winds down the show by giving a glimpse into what to expect for Part Two of God our Deliverer, and praying for our television audience.I hope you find this show as inspiring as I do!  Check back here often to get the inside scoop, behind the scene tidbits, and all of the upcoming Faith Alive Show episodes.
